When We’ll Share Your Data
We use external companies to host our website and email newsletter.
We send our email newsletter through Mailchimp. All of these hold your details securely in accordance with their privacy policies. These companies will hold your data for the duration of their agreement with us. We will not share your details with any other companies.

How We Use Your Personal Information

(When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.) We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or promotion relating to our products or services. CCTV
To ensure your safety and for the prevention and detection of crime, CCTV is in operation during your visit to Christ Church Welshpool. CCTV footage is retained for 12 weeks. Please note if we are requested to provide CCTV images of you or any other personal information relating to you by police or any other government authority investigating suspected illegal activities, we are obliged to do so.

We don’t currently use any targeted advertising through our website.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
