Our new writer!
I’d like to introduce you to our new writer, Victor, our youngest son; who will be sharing a weekly post ‘Victor’s Wonderful Wildlife Wednesday’ documenting different aspects of wildlife in the churchyard. Now that we find ourselves home schooling this is a wonderful opportunity for some creative ways of learning! I hope that you enjoy seeing Spring unfurl in the churchyard through his eyes. Over to Victor…

There are many types of flowers in the graveyard at this time and one of them is primroses. In school we learnt the parts of a flower which made me want to dissect a flower myself.

I found the stigma, ovary, stem, petals, anther and sepals on the flower.
