Repointing
This weekend was dedicated to doing some much needed repointing on the tower parapet wall. Stairs under construction…
After much thought, debate, head scratching and measuring, our staircase is currently being made! We decided on metal with thick oak treads. This allows us to easily cantilever off a central steel post and is less intrusive, especially with the use of parallel side bars instead of a solid side plate.
